Specialized Foam High Production

Prime Industries offers a unique service whereby we can meet the most demanding needs of medium to high production runs. Our specialty is flexible, self-skinning urethane foam. We consider 20,000 parts per month a medium run and 100,000 parts per month a high volume run. We can do this because we capitalize on our low cost in-house mold making. We offer molded foams with skin ( self-skinning or I-skin), H.R. foams (high recall) skinless/microskinned foam, 2-color foams, UV resistant, CA-117 and MVSS302.
